Daniel Muigai joined Teule Kenya 2007 while in primary school. He is a role model to the younger boys in the organization, he loves painting and playing football.
After the death of his mother, Daniel and his brother lived with their paralyzed grandmother in a single room. They all depended on their aunt who was a casual laborer for all their needs. Due to the challenges they faced, their paralyzed grandmother became abusive and saw them as a burden.
Daniel narrates that she used to chase them away. Many are the nights that he slept in the cold and without food. On January 2007, Daniel was placed in Teule Kenya by the Goal Rehabilitation center, Nairobi. He was enrolled at Kibo Slopes Academy and later transferred to AIC primary where he sat for KCPE in the year (2016). He is currently at Ilikisonko secondary in form two.
Daniel hopes for a bright future. Through Teule Kenya sponsorship program you could help him reach his goals.
Like other Teule children, Daniel needs a sponsor, Click hereto sponsor him.
We are so grateful to have a team visiting us from the US. The team, Nancy, Samantha, Megan and Austin arrived on July 19, 2019.
They sponsored a fun day event for our children on July 20, 2019. It was held at Kimana, Lenkai Christian School by Driim Fun Fare group. The children participated in different fun games; swimming, jumping on bouncing castles, climbing on the wall and riding on kids’ trains.
These guests have been a blessing to Teule as they are also assisting in painting the exterior of our study room and one, ( Nancy), is helping with the farm work. Thank you so much guys, may God bless you.
